Refunds & cancellation

Service is prepaid: you buy a term, and at the end of it nothing happens unless you pay again. We hold no card and no mandate, so there is no recurring charge to switch off. If you simply want to stop, do nothing — we will email you before the term ends, and it will lapse.

The Cancel button in your console exists to stop those reminder emails. It never shortens your term: you keep every day you paid for.

If PharosHub is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — the term and the setup fee. You do not need to give a reason.

If you prepaid several months and want to stop part-way, email us and we refund the whole months you have not started. We keep the month in progress, because the service ran.

• Example: you paid for 12 months, ask us in month 3 — we refund 9 months.
• The month in progress is not refunded pro rata by the day.
• The setup fee is not refundable after 14 days, because the work it pays for has been done.
• If we suspend or terminate your account for a reason that is our fault, we refund every unused month including the one in progress.

A duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or a charge on the wrong plan is refunded in full as soon as we confirm it. Email support@pharoshub.cloud with the date and amount.

To the original payment method, through our payment provider. Banks typically take 5 to 10 working days to show it, which is outside our control. We will confirm by email the moment the refund is issued at our end.

When a subscription ends, collection stops and the installed package receives an explicit response saying so. Your evidence remains available for 30 days in case you come back or need to export it, then it is deleted. Ask us and we will delete it immediately instead.
